Natural gas hydrogen production system
-
Product parameters
The steam conversion of hydrocarbons is the process of using water vapor as an oxidant and nickel catalyst to convert hydrocarbons into purified hydrogen gas. This process is an endothermic process that requires external heat supply, and the heat required for conversion is provided by the combustion reaction of natural gas and air.

The natural gas outside the boundary is pressurized by a compressor and mixed with water vapor in a feed gas buffer tank before entering a special conversion furnace. It is cracked under the action of a catalyst to produce a conversion gas containing carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen and other components. After recovering heat from the conversion gas, carbon monoxide is converted into hydrogen through transformation conversion. The transformation gas is purified by PSA to obtain high-purity hydrogen gas, and the PSA tail gas is returned to the conversion furnace for combustion and heat recovery.
