Oxygen is an important industrial gas widely used in industries such as steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical engineering, furnace energy conservation, environmental protection (sewage treatment, waste incineration, etc.), glass, papermaking, and medical care. Pressure swing adsorption/vacuum pressure swing adsorption air separation oxygen production has become a low-cost new technology for oxygen production and has been widely applied. This equipment uses compressed air as raw material and undergoes dehydration and oil removal treatment. Two towers alternate in operation to produce oxygen, with an oxygen concentration greater than 93%.

Pressure swing adsorption/vacuum pressure swing adsorption air separation oxygen production has become a low-cost new technology for oxygen production and has been widely applied.
This device adopts a two tower atmospheric pressure adsorption or vacuum analysis process (referred to as PSA or VPSA), which uses molecular sieves to adsorb nitrogen from the air, separate and extract oxygen, and produce 90-95% oxygen enrichment. At the same time as producing oxygen enriched gas, a gas containing nitrogen and other impurity gases will also be output, which is usually discharged into the atmosphere.
