The QH-1 hydrogen recovery system device uses the hydrogen gas to be recovered and the waste hydrogen gas dried and regenerated by a dryer as raw materials. It is first cooled by a water cooler, then collected by a buffer tank, and filtered to remove dust and oil mist from the raw gas. It is then washed with water to remove dust and impurities, pressurized by a Roots blower, separated by gas and water, and enters a deoxygenator for catalytic deoxygenation. After cooling, condensation, and adsorption, it undergoes secondary drying to remove water, and the filter removes dust. Finally, an appropriate amount of hydrogen gas is added to meet the requirements of the system, thereby obtaining high-purity hydrogen gas for customer use.
