Annealing furnace exhaust gas recovery system

Product parameters
With the rapid development of the steel industry in recent years, there has been severe internal competition, making cost reduction and efficiency improvement particularly important. At present, the amount of nitrogen and hydrogen shielding gas used in the furnace area of the industry varies depending on the cleanliness of the strip steel, the size of the furnace, and the selection. Usually, the hourly volume of shielding gas is 70% of the entire furnace volume, so it is mostly 100-300Nm3/h. This amount of shielding gas is traditionally discharged and burned out. Therefore, based on years of experience, Shengfuxiang has recovered and reused the waste gas discharged from stainless steel mirror panel bright annealing furnaces, muffle furnaces, hood furnaces, and continuous annealing furnaces for hot-dip galvanizing in recent years. The equipment operates stably and has considerable economic benefits.

Product details
The protective gas used for continuous hot-dip galvanizing annealing furnaces and hood type bright annealing furnaces is mainly hydrogen nitrogen gas, and the exhaust gas is basically directly burned or vented to the atmosphere, which not only wastes resources but also is very unsafe.
After collection, the impurities in the exhaust gas are mainly dust, oil, oxygen, water, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc. This project aims to add a set of exhaust gas purification treatment device at the outlet of the continuous hot-dip galvanizing annealing furnace and the hood type bright annealing furnace to purify and remove the impurities mixed in, and then pass them into the annealing furnace for recycling. This project can save more than 70% of the amount of protective gas used, greatly reduce annealing costs, and comply with the national energy-saving and emission reduction policies currently advocated.
